The HIIT Company is a British fitness education and group-exercise brand created by people with backgrounds in elite British sport, including members of Team GB and professionals who have worked within Olympic and Paralympic high-performance environments. That experience helped shape a range of instructor-led fitness concepts designed to bring the energy, structure and performance principles of elite sport into accessible group exercise.
Its programmes include HIITSTEP, HIIT, HIITCIRCUIT and HIITNRIDE, with instructors trained to deliver the concepts in gyms, leisure centres and fitness facilities. The company has operated in the UK fitness industry for many years, making the current dispute entirely separate from Lottie Lou Clarke's emerging career within the adult entertainment industry.
